Lola Wellness Club is a boutique women’s strength and wellness club in the heart of Brighton — a moody-luxe space designed for those who crave more than just a workout. Here, training meets recovery, and community meets calm.

Our small group classes are intentionally capped at six women to ensure every session feels personal, supportive, and guided with care.


With only 50 memberships available, Lola offers an exclusive community experience where your wellbeing is our focus.

• $140 per week billed fortnightly
• $99 Joining Fee
• Minimum 12-week commitment before cancellation
• Up to 2 pauses per year (max 4 weeks each)
• 4 weeks’ notice required to pause or cancel
